i have a question…I’m TRYING to knit the shawl that was on your porch out of the Jojoland Rhapsody yarn….Something is wrong!! It says to use a size 6 round needle, but the shawl seems to be coming out way too small…I think i’ll try to get in early this afternoon…hopefully, there will be someone there to set me straight….the instructions are confusing and I sort of reinterpreted them….HELP!

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now. Keep it up!
And according to this article, I totally agree with your opinion, but only this time! :)

Hello Sue, Tom, Linda, and other fiber friends!
Looking for a quick project to use some soft yarn? (Svale by Dalegarn, a cotton/viscose/silk and on SALE at HP would be perfect.) Try a tit-bit… no this is not a porn post ;) or a reference to those Seven Dirty Words by George Carlin! Also known as “bosom buddies” or “knitted knockers” they are knitted or crocheted breast prostheses for women who’ve lost one (or both) to breast cancer surgery. Patterns, more info here:
    http://www.margiesmuse.com/pages/bosombuddies.htm
There’s a shop in Brunswick, ME and one in Jamaica VT that distribute the finished products (links on page above). Also, this is the group charity project for the NorthEast Handspinners Assoc Gathering, next month in Stowe VT; I’m going and would be proud to carry along any contributions from Hodgepodgites… HodgePodgers… HodgerPodgers??

Best to all and to critters,
    Anita (the crazy one!)
