A GREAT WEEKEND AT SHEEP AND WOOL

It was a good festival weekend.  The weather cooperated – some drizzle early on Saturday with a mix of clouds and sun the rest of the day.  Sunday was breezy and cool.  Hodgepodge did well despite the ecomonic situation.

Below are pictures from the 4H Sheep and Llama costume competitions  4H is a big part of the festival and often overlooked.  Many of our future livestock breeders and farmers are today’s 4H members. This is just one layer of 4H participation – there is so much more.

The 4H'ers get ready for the competitions which are held by age groups.
